I am woondering about the solar energy that runs WAL and if it is working well. I was one of the main organizers of the transfer of the solar panels from the satellite of WAL out near the airport and having them set up by Mike and Richard. Mike died the following year in a climbing accident in the US. I think he is honored there at the WAL building.I have thought of visiting Leh this winter but I wonder if it is safe.
